Los Angeles-based Faetooth mixes doom metal, sludge and shoegaze into their unique "fairy-doom" style. Their second album Labyrinthine is an intense, personal record that goes from intimate passages to explosive climaxes. Themes of loss, inner turmoil and personal relationships form the common thread. The album builds an enchanting, mysterious atmosphere; that hovers somewhere between a fairy tale and a nightmare.
